Teacher biography: Kimmo Kangasniemi, Bachelor of Arts

Nice to meet you. I have a traditional background in art and drawing and I was very interested in computers in my early childhood around the age of 10 years old. Later as a teenager I got interested about 3d-graphics in early 90´s when the first public domain painting and raytracing programs became available for 16-bit computers such as Atari St and Amiga. The history is long way from that time to present so I skip now to present time… So a little bit after graduation in 2004 I started my own company in 2006 with first clients in sports equipment and building industry. With constant training and hard labor using Cinema 4D I have established very solid fundamentals of this application. I have also worked in finnish Cinema 4D distributor in software sales, Cinema 4D teaching and sofware support. Of course I have visited in Maxon course to update my skills with release 12 on the last fall in 2010. The rest is history…
