I am Cinema 4D artist and computer enthusiast (geek) from Finland.
I started writing my first computer graphics experiments with basic programming language and Sinclair Spectrum in early 80´s.
When I was found out I had some aspiring artistic skills I was sent to art summer camp by my parents.

I was always very good on drawing and music at school too. Things I sucked at was mathematics, physics and gym.
I went also to computer club at school where I liked to listen some computer music and draw with PC Painter. One time
there was also a fun logo programming course with CP/M OS too.

First contact with 3d graphics was when I saw first Pixar and other computer generated animations like “The Adventures of André and Wally B.” and
“Luxo Jr.” in Science Centre in Oulu. My second childhood memory from cg animation was the movie called the Last Starfighter which had been rendered with
Gray XMP supercomputer.

I found out Atari Stfm and Persistence of Vision in early 90´s which then followed by 3d studio release 2 in DOS. I still like to use DOS
in Windows XP for some purposes. At the same time I completely fell in love with electronic music, sampling and writing my
own tracks with Protracker ST.

It was as late as 2000 when I then went studying arts and multimedia and used 3ds max 4. After that I found Cinema 4D XL 7
and started using it. Then gradually used more and more Cinema 4D until I didn´t need 3ds max for anything other than
converting file formats.

Nowadays I use Cinema 4D for my hobby and professional works.
